Spending time with the horses:
121 session; Grooming, mucking out, learning and understanding about horses - 60 minutes @ £40
Equine Assisted Therapy: Individual session for 1.5 hours @ £150*
(*This covers the cost of 2 professionals and 2 horses)
Group sessions are possible, cost will be dependant on numbers and requirements. Please enquire via email / referral
Sessions
Some people may only want a one off session but others may want regular sessions or a course. This can be agreed on an individual basis.
Discounts are available for multiple bookings.
Sessions must be paid for in advance.
We can also offer time with the horses, allowing you to bond, groom, and connect with the animals in a peaceful environment. These sessions are not facilitated by a mental health practitioner but are facilitated by an equine specialist.
What the therapy sessions involve;
- A short safety briefing
- A grounding / mindfulness exercise
- Therapeutic time with the horses
- A short debrief / check-in
